I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it.

This provider is a puppet of the system. She works for nursing care facilities to do their dirty work i.e. keeping family members at bay and administering chemical restraints.

I was a patient of Dr. Hartmans for four years. My most recent appointment didn't go well. I won't go into all the details but I will say this: I need my psychiatrist to be on my side. I'm judged every day by the outside world. I don't need my psychiatrist to be on 'the other team'. I'm currently looking for a psychiatrist to work WITH me. I need a psychiatrist who listens; one who knows the latest research and is willing and able to make informed recommendations.
