She is not very nice and I will not recommend her to anyone. I would imagine she is pretty tired and will retire soon.

Yes, and waited for me to answer before coming in

If I wasn't pregnant I believe I would definelty come back and would b a loyal customer...if i didnt have to see them so often. MOST of the staff was friendly, however the ones who were not were terrible. The communication between Dr. Case, the nurses and midwives in the office were terrible. When I was to reschedule appts I was asked what tests the doc wanted to run, which I was never told at the end of each visit, and the doc always had to be asked. Their billing is also confusing. It wasn't until I asked for an itemized bill of where my payments had been going that they told me when I was making payments toward their"global package" did they tell me that if I had balances from tests that were run they would use the payments I made on the balances for the tests. I will absolutely NOT be coming back to this office nor would reccomend them to anyone else
