To: The Board of Directors Salem Clinic, P.C. Re recent termination of services


Dear Dr Graven,
I would like to give you this opportunity to explain your reason for terminating my care.
I have tried my best to explain myself to you but feel it has fallen on a deaf ear.
I realize that you like me are a human being and have feelings as I do. I also realize that a Dr's reputation is of coarse very important to him as is mine too. I was very shocked to receive the letter from the board of directors terminating my care as Salem clinic!
Especially given my fragile mental condition due to my lack of sleep as of the past 30 days now. I had asked you to wait until I was diagnosed and my current condition had stabilized but you chose to dump me at this time witch as worsened my mental state to the point where I now feel I may need some kind of counseling.
I want you to know the I am thinking about reporting you to the Oregon Medical Board. I would rather not have to do this and will give you the opportunity to explain you recent actions against me.
You have 24 hrs to respond to this E-mail before I do this.
