Reception(ist)/waiting room environment hostile & abusive due to receptionist & her issues & the rest of the staffs' dysfunctional boundaries with her.
Patients treated like case files, with numbers, not like human beings, with names. Patronizing, subtly manipulative, fake. Poor office management. Abominable boundaries.
I'd find somebody else if I were you. They aren't the only shrink in the sea.

Dr. Archambeau and his staff are some of the most genuine people I have the pleasure of knowing. I have been a patient of Dr. A for almost 17 years. I was diagnosed with Bi-polar II Disorder and he has been my psychiatric rock. He addresses any issues that may arise, he is attentive and not only treats the disorder but he treats the person as well. My calls are ALWAYS returned and issues addressed. The staff is EXTREMELY accomodating, knowing that the many of their patients may be in a mentally fragile state, patients are always treated with great respect and genuine concern. I attribute a great deal of my success over my mood disorder to Dr. Archambeau's knowledge, tenacity and humanity.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
