Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
Does this provider treat every client equally?
Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time!

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

No, they were able to provide everything they said they would
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable.
