Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
