Dr. Burnett is outstanding! I have been going to him for a couple of years for macular degeneration in my left eye. He has to be the most
knowledgeable and caring ophthalmologist anywhere in the USA! He has given me back the ability to read and to see much, much better. I recommend Dr. Burnett 100%. I also have met people in the waiting room from all over the United States. I am not the only one who thinks he is wonderful!

Dr. Burnett is absolutely the best. If it weren't for him, I would be blind in my left eye. Diagnosed with Macular Degeneration, I had little hope of getting better, only losing my sight. Dr. Burnett has given me hope, given me better vision and has stopped the Macular Degeneration from getting worse. I cannot say enough good things about him. If you need help, please contact Dr. Burnett!

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Our son has R.P.. He has had a hard road with teachers, friends, even life. He has been down and depressed but now with Dr. Burnett's help we can have our son go to the Industrial of the Blind and learn to help himself and others. This is our prayer. This young man is only 23 years old and facing blindness. I can not tell you the pain we feel as parents. He is very important to us.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
