Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They are one of the most respected pediatricians in my community. Every parent I know thinks very highly of them. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They were friendly and made me feel at home. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Dr. Satterfield is the BEST - he's a like a kid whisperer, getting on the floor w/ the kids and making them laugh.
