They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
