Took time to listen and practice medicine the way all doctors should. Listens, reflects, and addresses the patient's concern. Sees the big picture and ties all the loose ends together to try to get to the heart of the problem and address it rather than just rush the patient out the door with a prescription or a quick diagnosis that does not address underlying factors and related issues. I hope he finds and trains a new, younger doctor who will not only help him but continue his brand of kindness and quality practice way beyond his lifetime. Prices are fair and reasonable. I fired my previous Carolinas Health Care provider clinic because I got tired of being treated like I was a piece of machine in an assembly line. I do not feel that way in the direct primary care provider model that Dr. Katibah embodies. All those in Charlotte who year for the old country doctor that listens to you and gets to know you as a valuable member of the community should give Dr. Katibah a try. He lets you visit for $75 for 30 minutes to try out if he is a good fit for you before you commit to a monthly fee of just $49 dollars with just $25 for each office visit once you paid the membership fee (you may choose to pay the whole annual fee instead of doing it monthly, but no matter what you choose, his prices and services are listed so the costs are transparent), and there are family discounts for families joining, so check his practice model out. I think you will not go back to your health-insurance-controlled doctor again when you give his practice a try.
