I have seen Dr.Hansen on several visits,never has he ever acted inappropriate. He is a great Physician and person. I can only say the only negative comment was a receptionist in Conover, NC who was very curt.

At a minimum, this guy's staff is incompetent. My son was scheduled for a RF ablation in his Statesville office/pain mgt clinic. We had already discussed the cost for this procedure with his office staff. Had discussed the cost for the surgical center with the surgical center staff. Everything was set up. My son fasted for four hours. He and I both took the afternoon off because he had to be driven home afterward. When we got there, he had to fill out 12 pages of paperwork and we paid the almost $800 fee required by the surgical center. Everything was going as planned. After we sat in the waiting room for almost 2 hours (which I really didn't mind either), he finally got to go back for the procedure. When he got to the back to see the doc, he was informed that he wouldn't be doing the RF ablation that day because our insurance hadn't approved it.... after he paid a $30 copay. They are now refusing to return the measly $30 co-pay.

I read some really bad reviews on this guy from the internet and thought to myself, what a bunch of whiners (just being honest). But I believe them now! I'm a very fair and reasonable person and it takes a lot to make me angry. I'M ANGRY. I'm telling everyone I know.... and I know a bunch of people. I just want my friggen $30 back. Anything else is just wrong.

Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult.

This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid.
