The doctors in office are professional. Staff very rude and acts completely unprofessional like old hags on market places. I've been patient for couple years. Everytime I come in I'm surprised the staff is not fired - they completely ruined the image office and doctors with their nasty remarks instead of keeping mouth shut and doing their job they prefer to disrespect sick patients and even giving worthless advices to patients. If not for rude old hags who feel irreplaceable - the image of office would been solid 5. Staff should be fired for acting unprofessional.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. It was difficult to find parking at their office. I had to look for a while and was almost late for my appointment. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. He never return my calls. He would not do me any favors, Arrogant SOB. DONT WASTE YOU TIME WITH THIS JERK. There are other psychiatrists out there.

I was left alone for awhile, but it wasn't too long

They were decent, but not very affordable

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They don't offer flexible appointment times at all. I have a busy schedule, and they are almost never able to fit me in at the times I would be able to go. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous.
