The staff seemed very knowledgeable and wanted to be attentive. The wait I had there could range anywhere from 45 minutes to over 2 hours. Dr. Roy went from being the best doctor on earth on my first visit with issues I was having..to being one of the worst Drs. I have ever had within 8 months..with continuous problems. I was belittled, rushed, and brushed off by her constantly. I do believe she discriminates against high deductible insurance plans, even though I always paid my bills in a timely manner. I still have problems and have finally found a doctor who wants to listen, and who wants to help me with an action plan. Not being shoved out the door and humiliated outside of the examining room on almost every visit is relief. i would never recommend this doctor to anyone.

No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best
