The staff was friendly enough, but I expected more of a warm welcome from a family practice. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while.

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
