BEWARE THE $100 CANCEL FEE & STAFF! Historic storm on Saturday. After explaining: no power for 3 days in 45 degree temps, 2 kids under 3 with no daycare & downed trees/wires making driving dangerous I was curtly told I would STILL be billed $100 for missing a routine physical on Monday. I should just "bring my kids". Even the doctor's own phones were down. No excuses. No discussion. And, as far as I'm concerned, no more future with this doctor. NO MATTER HOW WONDERFUL THE DOCTOR, THE STAFF MATTERS GREATLY! I did not find empathy nor flexibility with the doctor's staff and that is so important when it comes to matters of health...a real shame.

The office manager (his wife) is a horrible person, she yells at staff. All he cares about is money. I use to love him when he cared about his patients now all he cares about is that new expensive program that he is trying to sell to you. Very disappointed and that is why I left the practice and now I'm happy at MKMG which is right across the street.

His main problem is his office manager - incredibly rude woman without any respect for you the patient (and customer!). Rude and insulting woman that will eventually make you leave his office too.
