If I could give a lower score I would. Him and his staff are the worst people I've ever had to deal with. All he is worried about is making money. Horrible bed side manner. Tells you you're going to die. Tells you you're fat. Makes you feel less of yourself. His staff hung up on me! All I asked for was a referral to an endocrinologist.

When I visited the offices of Dr.Hafner practice for the first time I have an incredibly bad time. I was going there purely for help, I gave him the truth about my situation, and was promptly on time for my appointment filled out all the information and paid any fees necessary on time. Although this man literally hurt my feelings, he accuse me of lying about my history and my intentions of coming to see him, he actually raised his voice to me. his overall personality, and particularly his bedside manner was atrocious. Upon the first meeting I had to pay a deposit in order to ensure my insurance would be taken, and for other reasons... although I signed paperwork stating that upon coming to my second appointment on time I would receive my deposit back. I thought long and hard about continuing to have this doctor care for me, and realized that it was not the right fit at all,but being a man of my word I returned to my second scheduled appointment to explain myself and why I would not be continuing to pursue having him as a doctor treat me. When I finally got into his office he didn't understand why I even showed up to the second appointment and told me to leave a mediate treat me. This man was also cruel to my mother and others that have been to his offices to get care. He is an atrocious man and disgusts me in every way.

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had with this wonderful doctor. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The chairs in the waiting room at this doctor's office were definitely above average. I was comfortable. This provider proudly displayed their credentials so that gave me confidence that they were well trained. They talked about progress in their field and clearly showed that they had tons of experience and competence. I felt like I was definitely in the right hands. He does see a lot of drug addicts and they are rude and loud in the waiting room and in the exam rooms. They are probably the ones writing the negative responses. Probably all high at the time.

Mr. Hafner (I refuse to give him the respect of calling him doctor) has no empathy. He is a demoralizing person that should not be looking after the welfare of other humans. To give you an idea of what I am writing about; Mr. Hafner will tell you that you are fat (that is fine and some people like myself need it put bluntly) and in the same breath he will also tell you that you are ugly. No one and I mean NO ONE should have to be subjected to Mr. Hafners' CONTEMPTIBLE WAYS!!!

I have the great respect for Dr. Hafner. He is a no nonsense physician who tells you like it is and I like that about him. He has stuck by me through some difficult diagnosis and has helped me find the best treatment options for some unusual medical problems.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.
