I was with him for many years and I absolutely love him but there were a couple of instances where they led me to a room and forgot about me. Once they were closing up the office and found me still waiting. The other problem I had and ultimately decided to look for a new provider was that it was a chore to actually see the doctor. I had no problems with seeing the nurse but I would want to see the actual doctor at least once every couple years. When I would request to see him, they pushed the nurse. I eventually would get an appointment (long wait) and they would call to say he wasn't going to be available and ask if I wanted to reschedule with the nurse. He is a wonderful doctor - if you can get to see him.

The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
