Sylvie Epelbaum is unprofessional, spends less than 5 minutes with each patient and has her receptionist trying to collect money from you before you even set foot into the care room. And all this is not to mention that she misdiagnosed my condition, which was only properly treated after I found an actually competent doctor.

If I could give Sylvie Epelbaum zero stars (I dare not even refer to her as a "doctor"), I would.

She is the worst dermotologist I have ever visited.

Dr. Epelbuam and her staff are warm and caring professionals. I was seen by the doctor as soon as I arrived at the office and she quickly made a diagnosis and treated my condition. Dr. Epelbaum took the time to speak to me and educate me about caring for my skin so that I could continue treatments at home. I always recommend Dr Epelbaum to my friends and family.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. The office is very easy to locate - it's in midtown Manhattan. I've been a patient for several years. I usually have to wait 20-30 min. but in my experience with doctors that's not unusual. Dr. Epelbaum correctly diagnosed my rare skin condition and treated it appropriately. She's brisk and no-nonsense but that's ok with me.
