Dr. Shibuya was able to determine the causes of my medical issues after ordering or performing the appropriate tests. My primary prescribed vitamins and suggested I see her in 3 months!

I was very satisfied with my prior visits. I have not had to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. The one thing that I really enjoy about this doctor is his high level of customer service. His full attention is always on me and he has never taken a personal call during my appointment. Scheduling with the staff leaves quite a bit to be desired and the fact that you now have to leave a deposit to make an appointment doesn't make me happy. It's been a number of years since I've seen him (which is a good thing) so according to the scheduling people I am considered a new patient and therefore require a payment to ensure that I will show up.
