We visited Dr. Bransfield to seek treatment for my child's suspected Lyme Disease. He is a recognized expert in this field and treats based on symptom survey.Initially we still felt a little nervous under his care, but treatment has been successful and he has addressed various symptoms that never fell under any other heading. They do not take any insurance and my plan did not reimburse. We left feeling very enthusiastic about the treatment plan. In follow up visits the staff always treats us well.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.
