Simply does not care about you once she writes that RX. I was sent on a tailspin mission impossible to fill an Rx SHE prescribed. My pharmacy did not have the meds and when I called to inform she treated me like I was a drug seeking scammer. She then sends the RX to another pharmacy that doesn’t even carry this medication. I called again and she became angry with me as if I’m making it up and just feel like calling her all day. The conversation ended with no conclusion whatsoever. I’ll have to try to call again in a few days and try again. If you expect any kind of service or compassion this is not the place. The pharmacists at both pharmacies suggested I ask for a different medication, one they do have in stock. I didn’t even bother because I already know how that would’ve went.

Her wait time is over an hour long. The Spanish Lady Marisol who tends the front desk is rude and does not have any clue in medical terms/ or insurance. Even how much copay is/ verifying ins.

Took off of work for Saturday appointment for 4:30 and when I got there the office was closed. No one from the office call to reschedual my appointmentI or to let me know they weren't going to be there. tried to call but just got the answering machine so I left a message.Also paged the doctor through answering service and again no call explaining why the office was closed! I am very disappointed in her ethics. I not only wasted my time but also lost half a.days work. They should have to pay me like they charge if you don't call and cancel your appointment. I am very disgusted with this doctor and WILL NOT ever go there again! If I could give negative stars I would!

Never, they are very reliable.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a nice staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I had to wait a while in the waiting room. I've had to wait longer at other places, but it was worth it. Dr. Lanez knows what she is doing and I appreciate her help and guidance. She isn't afraid to do what other doctors have bee.
