The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I wished I would have met Dr. Kim 12 or 13 years ago to avoid all the unnecessary discomforts.

They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.
