There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I was immediately impressed by the elegant, spacious, and artistic offices and waiting area. It was obvious that Dr. Waggoner has an "eye" for perfection. It was very professional of them to send me a lot of informational material before my consultation. I was able to look through it and find answers to all my questions before my actual appointment. I was amazed at how knowledgeable and experienced Dr. Waggoner is in the procedure I wanted done. It was obvious he had been doing that procedure for years. Six months later, all my friends (and even strangers) were amazed that I had even HAD the procedure. The scars lie naturally in the folds of my eyelid. This doctor is truly an ARTIST.
