Dr. Cade barely gave me any information at all. He did not even attempt to examine me. In fact he did not touch me at all. He spoke me from a straddled position on a chair at the far end of the examination room. He did not ask me any relevant questions about my condition, or situation. I'm going to have to do my own research, or contact my old doctor who is not on my new insurance plan to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They make appointments months out, and refuse to send reminder notices if asked. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
