They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Dr Lyss was one of the key elements in my journey from breast cancer to a 5 year cancer-free life. I felt comfortable with him and his staff from day one and he never let me or my family doubt the decision to trust my treatment to him. I would highly recommend Dr Lyss to anyone.
