The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Dr Knox is an AMAZING doctor! He is hands down the best. Very knowledgable, LISTENS to you and WORKS WITH you to get the best result for your office visit.

My complaint is with one of the ladies in the office! There is one front desk worker that is rude and un attentive to the needs of the patient. They are horrible about calling in your RX refills, you have to call them numerous times before they will get your refill in to the pharmacy. Plus, during those multiple calls you make to them, they will get snippy with you and make rude comments that make you feel like YOU are bothering THEM.

I have continued to go see Dr. Knox despite the rude office help just because he is a wonderful doctor. But be forewarned.

I'm sure I am not the only one as I watched during one visit while in the waiting room and she, one by one, smugly came out into the waiting room and called each patients name to take them back to the room. One patient, she didn't even hold the door for, she just let it shut in the patients face just as she was reaching for the door. Crazy stuff.

Oh well.
It's worth trudging through the swamp to get to the castle!

Simply the best doc around. Only negative is abbreviated hours of operation at this address, but at least now he's at this office at least part of each weekday.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision
Does this provider promptly return your phone calls?
Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!
Was the waiting area spacious?
No, but I can always find a seat
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
