Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Dr. Cook ROCKS!!!

Very patient with all my questions and very supportive of the decisions I make regarding my care. Only problem I have is that when I go in for my yearly; I kind of feel like a cow puching thru the herd...... pee on a stick, prick me for blood, wait for dr., then when I actually have my exam, it takes only 8 min. and then the Dr. is on to the next patient. Leaving me a little uncomfortable, b/c dude just gave me an exam, and now he up and left..... but I guess its like that anywhere you go. However, Dr. Cook is the best!

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well.
