After having a procedure done in November of 2014 the office failed to send an original copy of my x-rays to my insurance company. I received a letter a month later that my insurance would not pay until the got the originals. I called their office they assured me it would be taken care of.2 months later I received a bill for $400.00, I called the billing department again the lady on the phone was very rude. I asked her wht this wasn't taken care of and why was I now receiving a bill for their mistake. She said they just now talked with my insurance company and it was being taken care of- Im sure
Over Priced I had 1 tooth extracted- under a local antistatic, and paid $295.00 upfront out of pocket.
They still are billing my insurance company almost $400.00?
I visited my regular dentist before being referred here, and was told I had to bring my original x-rays from that dentist, why did they need to take further full mouth x-rays? other than to over charge me and my insurance company.
Billing department does not do their jobs, very rude and do not take care of business.
I will not be back

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. Doors were left open and VERY noisy. I believe they were more interested in it being close to time to go home.
