Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable

They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
