Have been a patient of East Grove Dental for more than 20 years, but doubt that I will be going back after my most recent experience. I was not told ahead of time about the expensive x-ray I 'needed' or the fact that the crown I 'need' was started on when it was agreed that a filling (a very expensive filling at that) would be good enough until such time I can meet the exorbitant cost of said crown. No wonder my bill is so high! Do not appreciate the 'Insurance HAS paid' handwritten memo on my bill either. Time to switch to a new dental office.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted fantastic. It was one of the best I've ever tasted. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort.
