Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. They are always loking for a way to scam your insurance provider
