I have gone to Dr. Louise for years. She is a pro and knows just what my teeth need for repairs. All of the mercury fillings have been replaced, I have two beautiful crowns. Recently I had severe neck pain and she fitted me for a snoreguard. She also observed that I was grinding my teeth and so that was fixed two. The staff is awesome, friendly, competent, and the dental hygienists are very knowledgable. I drive clear across town to see these people. I also appreciate their wholistic approach (which is why I started to see them in the first place).

Dr. DeFelice has consistently delivered on providing a quality experience. No matter what, my insurance rarely covers my needs so she has helped me prioritize what is most critical for restoring my teeth and gums so it is affordable for me over time. The office environment is clean and staff is friendly and respectful.

Dr. Louise and her staff provide competent, attentive and professional care. She and her hygienists took time to educate me on proper oral care in order to achieve and sustain good dental health. Their recommended treatment plans are realistic and achievable. I am pleased with the work I have had done over the past decade and would recommend this office to people of all ages.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed! Dr. Louise is awesome. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident with my smile! I would recommend her in a heart beat.

Dr Louise went out of her way to make me feel special and respected, and was very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I appreciate when she is on time! She answered every question I had. I definitely felt informed. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that she has a good relationship with all of her staff members. She is a really good dentist and I would recommend her to anyone!

I feel very safe here because I know it's "green" and up to date. I was able to relax very easily. Not only did the crowns, fillings, and veneers I got last for a long time, they lasted longer than they were supposed to.She does beautiful work. I could tell that she did a fantastic job putting them in. They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry. She is a great and experienced dentist you can trust with your dental needs. Dr. Louise is so nice and the staff is kind as well. You will love her!
