Dr. Duffin and his staff went out of their way to help me even before I was a client of his. I had broken a tooth and it had gotten infected and I was in a lot of pain. They got me in the same day I called and outlined a plan to help fix the problems I was having. I was embarrassed by the way my teeth looked and how bad my mouth had gotten and was extremely self-conscious. This resulted in me not going to a dentist for over 10 years. Dr. Duffin and his staff were extremely understanding and I never felt looked down upon for the condition of my teeth. Dr. Duffin has helped me make plans to take care of the remaining issues I have and I couldn't be happier!
