If I could gove zero stars I would. Beware or the dentist.

I was just coming in just for a deep cleaning (as discussed weeks prior when the initial appt. was made). My new dentist (whom I just found after, I had to get a 2nd opinion) wait was going to be long before they were able to get me in for my full mouth to be clean.

I called Pinnacle for an appointment (as they were one of the few that accepted both of my dental insurances) Brought in a CD, measurements and all from my last appointment . Which was within the last 40 days. Good check in. Advised the nice lady at the desk of whom she had to bill first with my insurances (as my new dentist did not do it correctly and had to reach out to me a few times to help get it corrected)

Then cane David Ryu. Very confrontational, especially after I told him I would have to leave if he had to do a full exam, as I just had that done and my insurance was not going to cover another. After asking me if I wanted him to view the CD (which he was waving in his hand) he got very aggressive told me yeah leave. Threw the papers and CDs. When he stormed off after I let him know I would be posting how I was treated. He told me to F*** off. I was in disbelief and told him I how unprofessional he was.
