I used to love Timberlane, but something has changed. They always seem too busy, I have no idea what's going on and end up getting scheduled for procedures having no idea what they are or how much it will cost. Their parking lot is always full now so that I end up having to circle around and around waiting for a spot to open up. They claim that "Depending upon the recommended treatment, there can be a substantial investment for the proposed care, including orthodontics, and we are prepared to assist you in arranging for a payment option that suits your needs.", but in reality if you ask about payment plans they just hand you a pamphlet to apply for a credit card.
