Always polite, patient and take breaks if I get tired during cleanings. When I heard that they didn't have a TV for me to watch during my dental procedure, I thought I'd be able to read a magazine, but they didn't have those either. They really need to make more of an effort to entertain their patients during those long procedures. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes, floss and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate.
