The office staff are not helpful, in fact they treated me rudely. They are very un-professional. I went to Dr. Kapoor to get an implant. I was asked to get a new X-Ray on every visit. And the insurance would not pay for that many. So on many occasions I had to pay out of pocket. Dr. Kapoor does not take time to explain in depth what needs to be done. In fact, he appeared to leave that responsibility to his assistants, who were not helpful. They didn't have a fixed price for the surgery, in fact they revised the operation costs the very next day. I decided to go with another dentist. My wife called Dr. Kapoor's office to request a copy of my dental records including the X-rays and was told very rudely that we would have to pay to get these records. I would give zero stars if i could. Latest update, they sent me another bill for something that was not communicated to me properly. Do yourself a favor, go to another dentist.

To get me to take time to write a review they have to impress. I was extremely impressed with the way this office treated customers and constantly asked if I had any more questions. They did not keep me waiting very long as many places do. The Dr and staff were effiencent, and Dr Kapoor was gentle.
