I went in to have a problem tooth checked. I was told the tooth had a hole and the one behind as well. They were able to do the work the same day. While having the procedure done, I had much discomfort. Four days later, my tooth is worse than when I went there.
I can definitely say, that Castle will not be receiving my business again.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. THEY WERE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE AND MY PARTIAL WERE READY WHEN THEY PROMISED.

I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.
