My family and I have always had a pleasant experience! this includes their quality of work and financially. I have seen them with and without insurance, they are willing to work with you and provide reasonable prices. Dr. Ho is amazing, he is thorough and never pushy towards any treatment. Another review mentioned they were rough with their anxious 5 year old girls. Well this is not a pediatric specialist, if your children are anxious they need to go elsewhere. I have taken my 5 year old and 9 year old and have had a good experience. However, my girls are not anxious so this dentist was great. My husband has also had work done here. Its hard to find providers you trust but I am set with Dr. Ho, we have been coming her for 3 years now.

I would give them no stars if I could. They have the worst business etiquette about being in time for your schedule. They are more worried about themselves rather than worrying about the quality care of their customer service. Also they will tell you that you have a ton of cavities with out any proof of x-trays in front of you to try to get money out of you. The orthodontist is really nice, but their dentist is awful. Ew just awful.

Terrible customer service.
My daughter went here for her first visit. She had to have Xrays done; they were not gentle about this procedure. For a 5 yr olds first time at the dentist, the anxiety level was already high.
Once they saw that she was not going to tolerate treatment via their methods, they offered to restrain her with a gurney type bed with straps on it. Who offers this for a child?
She is now traumatized.
God forbid you try to get records transferred over to another dentist, they will give you the run around, but are nice to you on the phone.
I have gone here myself for dental work years ago. I'm not sure if it's the staff now that is the issue, or the quality of care and customer service has gone down.

Above and beyond! I was (mis)diagnosed at Apple Dental, with profit in mind only. (No wonder they have terrible reviews.)

Dr. Ho helped me and performed a minor procedure. Very professionals, and incredibly painless. I recommend A & M Dental without hesitation.
