Dr. Strickland was the best and I will recommend him to anyone and family. Had a root canal and crown, and no pain after the numbing agent, I felt nothing. Amazing experience. He worked and informed you of everything and your options. I cant say enough.

The staff made me feel like I was bothering them. They are rude and unfriendly. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. Not only did I not receive any sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home, they rushed me out the door. It seemed like they couldn't wait for me to leave. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me.

They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me. All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new.
