Two of my kids were treated by Dr. Schroeder. He has become very expensive. His practice is full. We were looking to return to his office for additional orthodontic services. Unfortunately, the current staff member that prices and coordinates services feels no need to offer some of the financial courtesies Schroeder Orthodontics used to extend. I may not have the words correct but mom terms would be courtesies like phase 2, sibling, invisalign or clear for the same price as standard. I did have a left over "free set of retainers" from phase 1. We will be leaving his office for another well respected Orthodontist with a sibling and cash courtesies.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Not at all! They were always present and attentive

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
