The Staff is amazing, very friendly and kind. The nurse who took me back and took my xrays was very caring and patient with me.( I have a gag reflex.) Dr Suh explained all my dental needs. I would recommend this office to everyone.

It's pretty apparent that they would MUCH rather treat patients who have insurance ( even though I paid in full with cash for every service I had, on the day of the service) the office staff was cranky towards me and each other on every occasion. I had a very invasive procedure done and had to call a few hours later to try and get some paid medication and they suggested I take some ibuprofen " because we don't generally prescribe narcotic pain meds" look, if all I wanted was pills I could have had a bucket full of them for the 1310.00 cash I handed you on my way out of the office.

The rudest front desk staff I have ever had to endure. You have to sign financial statements before anyone will even look at you. The dental assistant had to retake my new patient X-rays THREE TIMES. the male dentist, lol calls himself Dr Chuck got openly very MAD at the assistant. I had to wait over 45 minutes in and empty waiting room before being seen and the dentist acted like he was in an EXTREME hurry . I will NEVER go back or recommend this office. Also the office WAS DIRTY

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
