I was told by your worker that I was being charged for more extractions than were being pulled. I tried to talk to billing and they couldn't explain . How long has this been going on?

IF THERE WAS A NEGATIVE STAR I WOULD CHECK IT. I HAD ORAL SURGERY DONE AT C D C HUNTINGDON TN BY A DR JEFFREY RIGGS (HE LEFT AND WENT BACK TO NASHVILLE) WHAT A DISASTER. IN ADDITION TO BEING ULTRA EXPENSIVE, HE ONLY SHOWED UP WHEN HE FELT LIKE IT. I HAD TO TAKE OUT THE STITCHES IN MY LOWER GUM BECAUSE HE TOOK THE DAY OFF AND THE STAFF TOLD ME THEY WOULD COME OUT BY THEMSELVES. HA HA WHEN I DID FINALLY GET IN TO SEE ONE OF THE TECHS, SHE ASKED ME WHO TOOK THEM OUT, I SAID I DID BECAUSE DR. RIGGS DIDN'T SHOW UP. THE ABUTMENTS HE PLACE ON THE IMPLANTS ARE ALL THE SAME SIZE, AND ARE SO CROOKED, AND TOO LONG .THE $3500 DENTURES WON'T SNAP IN PLACE, AND THE UPPER AND LOWER DENTURE DON'T EVEN MEET IN THE MOLAR AREA. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO HAVE ORAL SURGERY, MAKE SURE IT IS NOT WITH DR. JEFFREY RIGGS, AND MAKE SURE THE ALL INCLUSIVE DENTAL OFFICE YOU VISIT HAS A PROSTHEDONTIST. THIS IS A PROFESSIONAL WHO FITS THE ABUTMENTS, AND WORKS DILLIGENTLY TO FIT YOU WITH A DENTURE THAT FITS AND STAYS IN PLACE. I HAVE FOUND AN ORAL SURGEON AND PROSTHEDONTIST IN JACKSON, TN. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ARE WORKING DILIGENTLY TO FIT ME WITH DENTURES THAT FIT MY MOUTH, WORK PROPERLY AND STAY IN PLACE. I HAVE EVEN TRIED TO CONTACT THE HIPPA OFFICE IN WASHINGTON DC, BECAUSE COMPLETE DENTAL CARE WILL NOT PROVIDE MY RECORDS TO THE ORAL SURGEON'S OFFICE, WHICH IS A VIOLATION OF THE HEALTH INFORMATION AND PRIVACY ACT. THIS PLACE IS THE THE LEAST PROFESSIONAL, HELPFUL OR CARING FACILITY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. UPON ONE VISIT TO THE OFFICE AFTER ALL THE DELAYS I SUGGESTED TO A NEW PATIENT HE CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE. IF I KNEW THEN WHAT I FOUND OUT OVER A YEAR OR SO'S TIME, I WOULD N E V E R HAVE EVEN STARTED THE PROCESS. A VERY EXPENSIVE AND TIME CONSUMING LESSON LEARNED.
