Open air communal dental cleaning areas seem unsanitary. I would much rather there be walls and doors separating me from the other patients. I also felt like thsi particular dentist was much more concerned with making money by selling cosmetic products than the actual health of the patient. I'm going to continue my search for a better dentist.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about.

I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.
