My son had a follow-up appointment. I was in the waiting room with an uneasy two year old for over an hour. I approached the receptionist several times with the dentists whereabouts. She had no idea where he was and she couldn't tell me a time he would be in. I eventually left and will never be back. If the dentist and an emergency, the staff should've been aware.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I was amazed just by walking into their office, when you think kid friendly enviroment this goes so far beyond what you can imagine. Their whole office is dedicated to children with every type of toy or game for todays youth. They treat the children as individuals and give them respect. Even in the back where the dentists chairs and the individual exam rooms are all child friendly. I was not only impressed by their office but the dentist that my children saw was wonderful. She was so open and easy to talk to and could make the children laugh. I will continue to use them for my children, my only wish is that they saw adults!
