They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I had a broken tooth, called when they were closed and someone checks msg's because they called me back within a couple of hours. Dr. Seitz gave me a fee consultation. I made an appointment for a cleaning and another to have a couple of teeth pulled. No waiting around they got me in and out on time. Staff is very friendly and the receptionist, Amanda, called me a few hours after my appointment to check on me and the unbelievable thing was that DR. Seitz herself called me that night at 8 oclock to check on me and ended up calling in a prescription for pain, I was concerned I wouldnt be able to sleep. During the visit she covered all my options and did not push the expensive options on me. She knew I was paying cash and had limited funds but I had to have the work done and she did her best to work with me on the cost. I just cant say enough. Dr. Seitz and her staff proved to me they are concerned with my dental health and not my money. You cant go wrong if you choose to go here.

I am so glad I found Dr. Seitz. Her office is close to where I work but easy to miss. It is on Galleria Blvd near Cool Springs mall. I was always terrified of dentists and so I avoided them but Dr. Seitz was very comforting and professional. She took the time to explain things to me. I needed some fillings and her shots did not hurt! Count me as someone who highly recommends Dr. Seitz.
