It took 6 months to receive my set of dentures, during my first visit I asked for implants to hold dentures, Dr.Heard said very rudely that I didnt need implants. Now six months later- four cancelled appointments- cancelled by him, I have dentures that wont stay in my mouth and all he can tell me is get implants, four implants at 500. each. This dentist has either a substance prob, or something wrong with him that he should address before he accepts anymore patients

If you have insurance, dont go to this dentist. He is rude, has cancelled three appointments, but made sure to charge my insurance an outrageous amount for dentures that I will probably never see, and why should he, he has gotten paid. He likes to hand everyone a bible, maybe thats because he believes Christians wont sue?

Have been to this dentist before and spent a lot of money on my kids. I am now disable and needed a tooth pulled and wanted to pay half and the other half next month. The dentist was always nice, but the office staff were rude and said no, I would have to pay upfront. I know some people don't pay their bills, but I really needed help and found out real quick, money comes first.

Husband had appointment for root canal was put off for three weeks because of mess up at the front desk they even admitted to the mistake of over booking,Husband paid up front cash for this procedure and was not given an appointment with time for a root canal was made for three thirty in the afternoon so was rescheduled for four days later.If a patient is good enough to pay for procedure up front you would think they would be good enough to stay over closing time to fix this after all it was there mistake twice.Will be finding new Dentist that appreciates getting paid and got competent folks to do scheduling.

Not the best. Dr. Heard is always busy, front desk almost always has rude people. Hygienists are good though

Excellent Dentist my entire family goes there. They are wonderful with children also. Everyone there is so sweet and helpful. Never rushed your questions are always welcomed with friendly answers. Office is very nice and smoothing. Easy to find. Wait time is never very long even for last minute emergency appointments. Highly recommend!.
