They briefly explained my dental procedure to me, but I wish they had given me more information. I was still somewhat nervous about the procedure. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.

One more very important thing every one should know. This office was shut down due to Dr.Patel's problem with the IRS. When anyone called, the answering machine simply said Dr. Patel was not at the office and would be back after Aug. or September. According to another dentist, we were screwed by him. We cannot get our money back and just to adjust top and bottom teeth would cost 700.00. As a result of the government closing this office, anyone who, like me paid up front, we are somehow going to have to come up with more money.
