I would not go back to Dr. Tartaglia! My previous dentist was not longer covered by my new insurance so I needed to switch to someone local. Upon walking in I tried to close my eyes and not look at the coating of dust on the fake potted plants near the door. Ew! I should have walked out but I thought I would give him a chance. After waiting 30 minutes they called me back. I walked past the huge stain on the carpet that I again tried to ignore. My old dentist had a hygienist clean my teeth but this was not the case. He cleaned my teeth. I though I was being "punked" or something! This guy had the shakes the whole time and did not do a thorough job with the water tool. He couldn't even stay along my gum line! I have a permanent retainer and he failed to clean the plaque under it. I feel like my cleaning was a total waste of time, not to mention the whole thing, with x-rays took 12 minutes. I feel bad that I now have to wait for another six months due to insurance reasons to go to a better dentist. I should have listened to my gut and left!

Definitely! They had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen!

Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Worst dentist ever! Would never go back. He wouldn't even wait until the novacain worked before starting a procedure. His daughter is the receptionist & is an airhead.
