Aspen Dental excels in all areas: patient care, dentist expertise, staff services and efficient management. I have had teeth filled, pulled, a partial plate made, teeth added to that plate and ALWAYS came away feeling I had been with the "best of the best." The dentist I have had is Dr.Young and he is simply exceptional in pain management during a procedure and in his professional excellence in doing the procedure. Kudos to each and everyone who works and serves others at Aspen Dental in Reading, Pa.!!!

I love it at aspen. i have heared so much and was wondering if it were something that was right for me. Not only are the people AWSOME but the prices are pritty good. It was afordable and they have financing available. I said sign me up right away when i started my treatment and cant wait to have an awsome smile once again!

If you like rude people go here. The staff was unprofessional and rude and behaved like they were on the street talking in slang! This place is out to pull your teeth, even when they can be saved! They make money on dentures ,not your best interest! Please go to a reputable dentist with trained staff. They want your money, just look at all the front desk people conpaired to Assistants and DRs. Check out a frontline PBS special done about these places. Just keep in mind reviews you see are done by some people employed by Aspen or their friends! Some office offer money for good reviews on certain web pages, then employees have family friends or sometimes their spouses write the reviews you see.Beware!

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable

Aspen Dental on papermill rd. in reading is the TOTAL package.From the time you enter the building & through out your treatment, the staff are AWESOME & provide 1st class professional care. Not everyone travels 1200 miles to see their DDS, but I do! I live in FL and a few years ago while visiting family in the Reading area I had a dental emergency and went to Aspen Dental where they took excellent care of my dental needs. Since then when I come to Reading 2x's a year, I see Dr. Young and his outstanding staff! I am always greeted promptly with a SMILE by Cat! Lisa is the BEST oral hygienist I have ever been to and she explains everything so I am completely comfortable with my at home cleaning skills. Shyann is very professional and caring, Dr. Young amazes me: He knows I am a PAIN BABY and his gentle approach always leaves me calm and confident. My Bridge was PERFECT. Chad always listens with understanding and really WORKS with me so my care is affordable and fits my fixed income budget. Sally, the Office Manager is always available for any questions I may have when I am there or when I need to call the office. All in all, as far as I am concerned, Aspen Dental, Wyomissing is the ONLY place to go...on their wall it says something like, "Let us help you find your Smile" and they DO FOR ME!
